Which license type does the EP Bundle apply to?
The EP Bundle discount only applies to the Unlimited License. It does not apply to Standard or Premium licenses.

Can I combine the EP Bundle with other offers (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free)?
No. The Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer applies only to Standard and Premium licenses, while the EP Bundle (EPBUNDLE) applies only to Unlimited licenses. The two offers can’t be combined, but you’re welcome to place separate orders if you want to take advantage of both.

Do I need to buy exactly 5 beats to use the code?
Yes, the EPBUNDLE code is calculated to bring the total price of 5 Unlimited Licenses down to $500. Using it with a different number of tracks won’t give you the intended EP pricing.

Can I choose any 5 beats for the bundle?
Yes — you’re free to pick any 5 tracks from the catalog, as long as you select the Unlimited License for each one at checkout.

In simple terms, “non-exclusive” means you are leasing the beat. The producer still owns the rights to the beat and can lease it to other artists too, but you have legally purchased the right to use it to create and release your own song.

Here is a breakdown of what you can and cannot do:

1. What You CAN Do (Your Creative Freedom & Rights)
Keep 100% of Your Master Earnings: You keep 100% of all direct streaming, distribution, and sales revenue from your finished song (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, iTunes, physical CDs, etc.).
Limited OR Unlimited Sales & Streams: Depending on the license type, you are limited in the number streams and sales of your song.
Release 1 Master Song: You can record your vocals over the beat to create one (1) unique song. (If you want to make a second, different song with this same beat, you must buy another license).
Edit and Arrange the Beat (PREMIUM and UNLIMITED License): You have access to the Stems (individual audio tracks like separate drums, bass, melodies, etc.).
You or your audio engineer are allowed to: Turn up/down or completely mute elements (e.g., mute the horns if you don’t want them). Rearrange the structure of the beat (e.g., shorten the intro or make the chorus longer). Add your own instruments or synths on top of it.
Perform Live (Non-Profit & Commercial): You can perform your song live at concerts, festivals, nightclubs, and on the radio.

2. What You CANNOT Do (The Restrictions)
No Reselling or Sharing: You cannot sell, lease, or share the standalone beat or its individual stems with anyone else.
No Digital Fingerprinting (CRITICAL): You must never register your finished song with any automated copyright protection systems. Examples: YouTube Content ID (via DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, etc.), Meta Rights Manager (Facebook/Instagram), or TikTok Audio ID.
Why? Since this is a non-exclusive beat, other artists are legally using the same beat. If you register your song with Content ID, the system will automatically (and falsely) flag other artists’ videos and music, causing copyright strikes. Doing this is a severe violation and will result in the immediate termination of your license.

3. What You MUST Do (Your Obligations)
Give Credit: You must credit the producer. Written credit: On YouTube, Spotify, CD covers, Instagram reels, etc., write: “Riddim by ReggaeBeats Prod” or “Instrumental by ReggaeBeats Prod” (or in the description/captions). Alternative: You can also give verbal credit inside the song (e.g., saying it in your intro).
Publishing & Performance Rights (50/50 Split): You (the artist) own 50% of the Publishing/Writers Share for your lyrics and vocals. I (the producer) retain 50% of the Publishing/Writers Share for creating the original music composition.
PRO Registration: If you register your song with a Performance Rights Organization (PRO) like ASCAP, BMI, GEMA, austro mechana, or PRS, you must register the Producer Share (50%) under my PRO details:

No, all beats are 100% royalty-free for master earnings (= you keep 100% of your streaming and sales revenue). You pay only one time, when you go to checkout and buy a beat license.
Note on Publishing: As standard in the music industry, publishing/performance rights (Writers Share) are split 50/50 between artist and producer. There are no restricted samples used in the beats, everything is recorded by Dominik Gall and other professional musicians. Yes, I use AI-generated samples (via Suno Studio) combined with authentic tracks recorded traditionally. All samples are fully licensed – you can release your music everywhere (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) commercially with zero hidden fees. You can monetize it and there will be no copyright conflicts.

Some of the riddims contain third party samples or are self created using AI (Suno Studio). As I (Dominik from ReggaeBeats Prod) am legally allowed to lease my beats using these third party samples, you will not have to worry about any issues/violations. If there should be any claim (e.g. by a distributor like TuneCore), please get in touch with me and we will immediately resolve any issues

If you want full flexibility I highly recommend to choose a “Trackout/Stems” licence (Premium or Unlimited). Thus you get every track of the beat (e.g. Kickdrum, Snare, Bass, Subgroups, etc.) as a separate HQ .wav file for maximum flexibility when mixing you vocals with the riddim.

You will get a mp3 (320 kbit/s) and .wav file (44.1 kHz, 24 bit) with the Standard Licence and in addition the multi tracks/trackouts of all single tracks (44.1 kHz, 24 bit) with the Premium and Unlimited Licences. If you are serious about your song, I highly recommend considering a Licence with Trackouts for full flexibility when recording and mixing with your vocals.

Yes, you can fully modify the beat (change pitch and tempo, cut, add sounds etc.) as long as you always give full production credit to “ReggaeBeats Prod”.

The tagged mp3 which you hear in the preview and the mp3 that comes with your purchase are mastered with additional processing like (Compression, Limiting, etc.). The wav files you purchase are not mastered. They are mixed with enough headroom for further processing, in order to get the best possible sound quality after adding your vocals.
